Final 2008 Fan Fest to be Held in Indianapolis on
Friday
INDIANAPOLIS – The Colts' Fan Fests in recent weeks have been about celebrating the team's 25 years in Indianapolis, and helping victims of the recent Indiana floods.
The Fan Fests are now coming to an end.
And the 2008 Fan Fest finale will be in Indianapolis.
The Colts for the past two weeks hosted their first-ever "Fan Fests," seven celebrations featuring free concerts by national recording artist Jon McLaughlin. The final 2008 Fan Fest will be held at the American Legion Mall at 700 N. Pennsylvania Street in Indianapolis on Friday, June 20, at 5 p.m.
The Colts are urging fans attending the event to make monetary donations to the American Red Cross, the proceeds from which will go to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund to help those affected by the recent flooding.
The Colts will match up to $10,000 at each Fan Fest location.
"Hoosiers have always stepped up when times get tough," Colts Owner and Chief Executive Officer Jim Irsay said recently.
Fans may stop by the Red Cross booth at the Fan Fest to make donations. All of the proceeds will go to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund to help those that were affected by the floods.
