The Indianapolis Colts beat the Miami Dolphins on Monday Night Football, 27-23.

Safety Antoine Bethea intercepted Dolphins quarterback Chad Pennington's hail mary attempt as the clock expired to clinch the victory for the Colts. Miami drove the ball all the way to Indy's 30-yard line, but with no time outs the Dolphins were forced to go for the end zone with six seconds left. For more on this game, check back with Colts.com. FOURTH QUARTER (3:18 remaining)**

It took the Colts four plays and 32 seconds to reclaim the lead from the Dolphins. On second down from Miami's 48, Manning audibled and hit second-year wide receiver Pierre Garcon on a short pass. Thanks to downfield blocking, Garcon outran the Miami secondary and ran all the way into the end zone. **COLTS 27, DOLPHINS 23

FOURTH QUARTER (3:50 remaining)

The Dolphins re-took the lead off a 45-yard field goal by Carpenter, his third of the game. The score capped off a 10-play drive that milked over six minutes off the clock. Down three, the Colts will take over from their own 20 and in possession of all three time outs. **COLTS 20, DOLPHINS 23

In need of a score to tie the game, the Colts struck quickly, mounting a six-play touchdown drive in just over three minutes. On the second play of the drive, Manning found Clark down the right side of the field for 49 yards, giving him a career-high 166 on the day. Three plays later, rookie wide receiver Austin Collie caught a crucial third-down pass to move the ball to the 15. On the next play, running back Donald Brown scored on a draw up the middle. **COLTS 20, DOLPHINS 20

The Dolphins capped off a 13-yard drive with a three-yard touchdown run by Brown, his second score of the game. COLTS 13, DOLPHINS 20

Miami continues to control possession as they hold the ball on Indianapolis' 12 as the quarter comes to a close. The Colts only managed three offensive players in the third period. Miami continues to utilize the Wildcat formation behind Brown, who has rushed for 115 yards. **COLTS 13, DOLPHINS 13

THIRD QUARTER (8:38 remaining)**

The Dolphins failed to score on their first drive of the half after kicker Dan Carpenter missed a 49-yard field goal wide right. One play earlier, Colts linebacker Gary Brackett broke up a short pass over the middle intended for Dolphins back Ronnie Brown. The Colts will take over on their own 40.

With eight seconds left in the half, and a second chance after an officials review overturned an interception, Manning threw a 20-yard pass down the sideline to Clark, who quickly got out of bounds at the 30. Vinatieri converted the 48-yard attempt, his second of the game, to tie the contest as the first half expired. COLTS 13, DOLPHINS 13

With the clock on the first half winding down, the Colts defense stopped the Dolphins on third down, forcing Miami once again to settle for a field goal. Kicker Dan Carpenter converted the 44-yard attempt. COLTS 10, DOLPHINS 13

SECOND QUARTER (4:41 remaining)

With the Dolphins at midfield, defensive end Dwight Freeney came up with a clutch sack on third down, forcing the Dolphins to punt. Colts return man T.J. Rushing scooped the ball up down the sideline and ran to the 13 before being pushed out of bounds. **

SECOND QUARTER (9:14 remaining)

Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri converted a 43-yard field goal to even the game at 10. Indianapolis put together a 48-yard drive against the Dolphins, highlighted by a 16-yard pass to Reggie Wayne and a 14-yard rush by Joseph Addai. COLTS 10, DOLPHINS 10

SECOND QUARTER (13:21 remaining)

The Colts broke up two deep passes from Dolphins quarterback Chad Pennington on second and third down and forced Miami to settle for a 45-yard field goal.  Colts running back Chad Simpson returned the ensuing kick-off to the 22. COLTS 7, DOLPHINS 10

Following a Colts punt and two first downs, the Dolphins have the ball on Indianapolis' 47 as the first quarter comes to an end. **COLTS 7, DOLPHINS 7

FIRST QUARTER (8:42 remaining)

The Dolphins responded to the Colts' opening touchdown with one of their own. Starting from the 25, Miami ran eight plays before running back Ronnie Brown, lined up as quarterback in the Wildcat formation, ran 14 yards up the middle for a touchdown.**

FIRST QUARTER (14:38 remaining)**

On the first play from scrimmage, quarterback Peyton Manning hit tight end Dallas Clark on an 80-yard touchdown pass over the middle. On the touchdown, the Colts called a play-action pass and Manning quickly threw to Clark, who caught the ball about 20 yards down field, broke one tackle, regained his balance and sprinted to the end zone.
