INDIANAPOLISCOLTS
HEAD COACH TONY DUNGY (general comments on game) Post game vs. ArizonaCardinals
"Well, I just finished with the team and told them how proud I was of them. We had very good practices all week. We knew we were going to use a lot of players today and to go out and get our 14th win and do it in that fashion, it was just tremendous. Our second group went in there and played really well and held the fort. I thought Jim Sorgi did an outstanding job. They threw a lot of blitzes at us and basically forced us to throw and he got the lead for us and then our defense held it. The two goal line stances held them to a field goal and then to hold them out right at the 59th minute, what can you say? Just a great effort, but that is what our team has been all year. A lot of different guys making things happen and that is what you are proud of. So, it was great to be back out there, great to get our 14th win, and now we can go in there and look ahead to the playoffs."

"It was special. I didn't really think about it much during the game, but what it symbolized to me is what a close-knit group we have, what a tight family we have. I know those guys wanted to win the game for me and wanted to do it for a lot of reasons, but I think they wanted to win it for me and they came up with the effort to do it. It will be a reminder of how much I will be proud of these guys from here on out. It was special."
HEAD COACH TONY DUNGY (on who gave him the game ball) Post game vs. ArizonaCardinals
"Mike Doss. I don't know how he got the ball because he wasn't in there in the second half, but Mike gave it to me and it is one I will treasure."
HEAD COACH TONY DUNGY (on the game plan) Post game vs. ArizonaCardinals
"Well, we thought that we had a couple of runs that we thought we could get against their blitzes, but we knew they were going to force us to throw. We thought if we could block them up we could get some big plays. We got a couple of big plays but not as many as we would have liked. I thought we controlled things and moved the ball well."
