Ham is a lean, low fat deli meat filled with plenty of protein. Pair with cheese and you've got a double-dose of protein for optimal bone and muscle health.

Every day, aim for at least half your grains from the "whole" category. Which means white refined – like a sweet Hawaiian roll – is perfectly fine to enjoy half the time!

FOOD SAFETY TAILGATING TIP:
Once cooked, hot foods should never stay out at room temperature longer than two hours, or foodborne bacteria will multiply.
