INDIANAPOLIS – After three months on their own, it was time to work again.
Colts players returned to Indianapolis over the weekend to kick off their eight-week offseason program.
Monday started with Phase One of their offseason program where, for two weeks, activities are limited to strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation only.
