ESPN on Monday announced the Indianapolis Colts as one of four finalists for its 2024 Sports Humanitarian Team of the Year ESPY Award, the second consecutive year the Colts were selected as a finalist for the honor.
The finalist nomination pointed to the Colts' work through Kicking The Stigma, which has committed over $30 million to local and national mental health awareness, research and treatment initiatives since its inception in 2020. To learn more about Kicking The Stigma, click here.
The Sports Humanitarian Team of the Year is presented at the ESPY Awards annually to a sports club or team that demonstrates how teamwork can create a measurable impact on a community or cause. The NWSL's Angel City FC, the NBA's Miami Heat the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles are also finalists in 2024.
