This Saturday, August 26, thousands of Colts fans will participate in the third annual Colts 5K Run/Walk, strengthened by Indiana University Health, as well as the Kids' PLAY 60 Fun Run. Individuals interested in participating in this year's event can register at www.colts5K.com. All participants will finish on the 50-yard line at Lucas Oil Stadium and receive a Colts performance tech t-shirt and medal. The event will also feature a Post-Race Party that will include live music from Dave and Rae, an awards ceremony and food and drink specials.
This is the fifth year the Colts have hosted a 5K Run/Walk at Lucas Oil Stadium. The event was created to allow fans to share in the glory of the gridiron while supporting a healthy and active lifestyle by completing a 5K run/walk. A portion of the event proceeds will benefit pediatric neurosurgery research via The Neurosurgery Foundation at Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine.
