The NFLPA on Friday named Colts defensive tackle Raekwon Davis its Week 18 Community MVP, after Davis hosted a holiday shopping spree last week in his hometown of Meridian, Mississippi.
The event was the fifth annual "Rae's Elves" event; every year, Davis and his team put on an initiative to help those in need during the holiday season. This year, Davis' goal was to help relieve members of his community from their usual holiday expenses, allowing money to be put toward other needs.
