INDIANAPOLIS – To help Colts fans kick off the New Year in an active and healthy way, the Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders are teaming up with Open Gym to host two FREE fitness classes next month. The classes will be held on the indoor field at the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center on January 5 and 19, and are open to the public. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the classes begin at 7 p.m. Pre-registration for the classes is required as space is limited.

Participants are encouraged to wear their Colts gear for the chance to win some great prizes. All fitness levels are welcome as the classes will offer variations that cater to beginners as well as advanced athletes. The January 5 class will be a Colts Cheer inspired HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout led by Sean Bartram, trainer to the Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders and owner of Core Pilates and Fitness in Carmel, Ind. The January 19 class will be a CRT (Cardio Resistance Training) Method inspired workout consisting of resistance training and fun cardio blasts led by Christie Thrasher-Rudd, owner of Studio 49 Fitness in Indianapolis, Ind.
