Today started like every other work day. My alarm went off at 6am (I may have hit the snooze button a few times), and I got up and ready for the day. Today was not my normal day though, and I have a feeling this whole week is going to be a little different. I work for the Eye Surgeons of Indiana as a Customer Care Representative. My job is to make sure that all of our patients, doctors and referring doctors are happy. So, back to today … I stopped for a cup of coffee and off to work. I got a call around noon that my grandmother was having surgery on her ankle because she had fallen the night before. I talked it over with my mom and my supervisor and left at 1pm to meet my mom and drive into Dayton so we could see my grandma before and after surgery. We got to the hospital about 4pm and found out that the surgery was going to be tomorrow. We ate dinner with my grandma and finally got to my aunts house around 9pm and that meant it was bedtime! I am so tired from this long day, and we have to be at the hospital tomorrow to find out what time her surgery is. Goodnight and Sweet Dreams!

Good Morning! Today, I got to sleep in a little. I got up around 8:30 and got ready to go over to the hospital. My mom and I got there around 10:30 and have been sending updates to my aunts about the surgery time. We sat in her room with her until about 6pm when they came up to prep her for surgery. Once we got word that her surgery had gone well and that she was in recovery the five of us (me, my mom, Aunt Sue, Aunt Judy, and Aunt Peggy) went to eat at Applebee's. We returned to the hospital to say goodnight and make sure my grandma was doing ok. She was in high spirits and that made us all feel better about everything that had happened the last few days. It's now about 11pm and I am so tired, it really has been an emotionally draining day. Goodnight and Sweet Dreams everyone!!

Good Morning! Today I was up by 8am because we are going to go and talk to some rehabilitation facilities today. It was a jam packed morning taking tours of a few different facilities and what each offers. I think we are all in agreement when it comes to which location we would like my grandmother to go to. After we finish up out last tour, my mom and I grab some food and head over to the hospital to see my grandma before our 3 hour drive home. She is not doing the best today and they are trying to get her blood pressure up. We let her just rest and get on the road to try and make it out of Dayton before rush hour. My mom and I got back to Indianapolis around 7pm and i am going to bed because again it has been another long day! Goodnight and Sweet Dreams!

Good Morning! Well today is back to my normal day. I got up at 6am (it was hard after getting to sleep in a little the last few days). I HAD to stop for a cup of coffee and I had most of it gone before I even got to work. It was a very normal day. During lunch I dropped a dress off at the drycleaners and picked up my Christmas outfit from home. After work, I was off to the Colts complex for practice. We are getting ready for the Super Bowl so we have some dances to learn and clean. I am very excited because I get to do a lyrical dance for our Breast Cancer tribute. The snow has been coming down all day and by the time we left practice at 10pm the roads were a mess! I could not even go over 40mph! I got home by 11pm and now I am off to bed! Good Morning! My alarm went off at 6am, but I hit the snooze until about 6:30. Coffee was much needed this morning and off to work I go. Today is a normal day at work. I am actually ahead because Katy (she and I share an office and have the same job) helped me out when I was gone earlier this week. We had a lunch meeting today so I couldn't get out for an hour but that's ok because I learned a lot about PRK, phakic and Lasik eye surgery. After work, I picked up my dry cleaning and went to dinner with my mom. After dinner, I did some work for my dad's company. He owns a company called Home Video Studio. We do VHS/film to DVD and slides to DVD. I am so tired and it's only 9pm … I think I am going to turn on a movie and lay in bed the rest of the night. Goodnight and Sweet Dreams Colts fans!

Good Morning! Today I got to sleep in until 9am! I got ready and headed to Core Pilates for my cardio workout with Sean. I always hate him during the workout but feel amazing after! After the workout I got ready to go back to Dayton with my mom. They are moving my grandma to the rehab facility today. Once we got to Dayton my cousin Eric stopped by with his two little girls! I got to hold and play with the babies for a little bit before going over to see my grandma. We visited with my grandma for a little bit and got all her things organized for her and then I went to meet my friend Taryn's to watch the football games. Now, I'm off to bed. Good Morning! Today, we are going to prep my grandma's house to be painted. We decided to go ahead and start getting her house ready to go on the market. I picked out some possible colors to show my grandma so she could make the final decision. My mom and I then started cleaning her walls and prepping them to get painted. Around 4pm we went to eat and watched some of the games that were on. We stopped by to say good bye to my grandma and then got on the road. I am so tired and need a nice long rest before work tomorrow. I am off to bed, Good Night and Sweet Dreams!
