Good morning, Colts fans! It's Monday morning, and I'm very well rested and ready to get my day started.  On Monday's and Wednesday's I go to school at IUPUI – I am taking classes to get my degree in general studies and am taking pre-requisites for a few different professional programs, as I am still undecided about what I want to end up doing! I have already completed my degree in dental hygiene and work at a dental office in Greenwood as a hygienist on Tuesday's and Thursday's, so I definitely keep very busy! I started out in my second-level writing class, followed by statistics, anatomy lab, and anatomy lecture. It's a full day of learning, but I like to get all of my classes finished in a day's time. After school, I fought the downtown traffic and made it home in time to get a quick workout in at L.A. Fitness, our sponsor gym. My boyfriend and I ate dinner and then watched some Monday Night Football. There's nothing like fall weather and football – my favorites! After a long and productive day, I'm off to bed!

Rise and shine! I'm up bright and early today to go to work. As I mentioned earlier, I am a dental hygienist at Master's Family Dentistry in Greenwood. On my workdays, it's tough not to start out with Starbucks, especially in the fall because my favorite is the Pumpkin Spice Latte. I stopped on my way and ordered one and saw my first patient by 8:30. After work, I had a couple of hours to get a spray tan at Sun Tan City, the official tanning salon of the Indianapolis Colts, and run to Wal-Mart to pick up a few groceries. Then, it's off to practice! Tonight we reviewed and cleaned all of our routines for this next Sunday's game against the Steelers – there are some super cute ones, so I know all of you will enjoy watching them. After a productive practice, I headed home and did some homework before going to bed.

Back to school for me today! I love that I have the opportunity to learn something new every day. My favorite class is anatomy, because I am so fascinated by the body and how it works! After a long day of studying and listening to lectures, I made a quick trip to the mall to browse before I had to head to my hair appointment at Tyler Mason Salon and Spa, the official salon of the Indianapolis Colts. It's a busy week for me since there is a game this weekend – I have to be looking my very best for Sunday Night Football! At my hair appointment, I got a fresh, dark brown color and a trim to keep my strands healthy. I always feel so rejuvenated after getting my hair done! I got home just in time to watch "Dancing with the Stars," one of my favorite shows on television. I love that Rob Kardashian is featured on it this season – the Kardashians are my favorite! Goodnight Colts fans!

It's almost the weekend for me! Today is my last day of work for the week, and then I get to relax.  I saw a steady amount of patients throughout the day – I love being able to help people feel better about their smile! It's such a rewarding career.  After work today, I met up with one of the other captains so that we could review the new routine that we taught at practice tonight. I can't wait for you all to see it, it's for our Breast Cancer Awareness game in October, and it's all about GIRLS! We had another productive practice and ended with a nice high-intensity interval-training workout with our trainer, Sean Bartram, of Core Pilates and Fitness. His workouts are tough but always make us feel so great afterwards! I'm always exhausted after Thursday night practices because of the workout and the fact that it's usually been a crazy, busy week, so I headed home and showered and went straight to bed!

It's BLUE FRIDAY, Colts fans! I love wearing my Colts gear out in public on Friday's and seeing everyone else doing the same. We have such great supporters in this city! Today I just got errands done, worked out at L.A. Fitness, the official gym sponsor of the Indianapolis Colts cheerleaders, and studied for my two exams next week. I was also able to catch up on laundry and cleaning. I love having days off to get my to-do list marked off. Tonight, my boyfriend and I had dinner and then I just relaxed at home and watched movies. There's nothing like a fall evening at home with the windows open, candles lit, and a good chick flick!

One more day until SNF! I started the day off with a TRX and reformer class at Core Pilates and Fitness. These classes are great because they really make me feel toned when I leave, which is perfect since we have a game tomorrow! After my workout, I hung out at home with my roommate and watched college football all day. I don't like doing too much on the weekends of games, because I like saving all of my energy for the field! So tonight, my boyfriend and I got dinner again and rented the movie "Something Borrowed." Did I mention how much I LOVE chick flicks?! My bedtime is early tonight, because tomorrow is the big day! Goodnight!

It's GAMEDAY! I got up early this morning to do some last-minute preparations before heading to Lucas Oil at 1:15. We have to be there six and a half hours prior to kickoff, so it makes for a long but FUN day! We practiced on the field from 2:15-3:30 and then had some down time in the locker room to hang out and relax before it was time to get ready. This is my fourth season as a cheerleader, and I still get butterflies before we take the field… it's the best feeling! The game was exciting, and I was very proud of our team – they put up a good fight and continue to show improvement each week! I can't wait for the rest of the season and to see you all in the stands cheering on my favorite team in the NFL! Thanks for sharing my week with me, Colts fans!
