Monday, March 17 update
- The Colts officially signed safety Camryn Bynum, defensive tackle Neville Gallimore and re-signed cornerback David Long Jr.
- Tight end Kylen Granson signed with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Friday, March 14 update
- The Colts signed cornerback Corey Ballentine and running back Khalil Herbert.
Thursday, March 13 update
- The Colts officially signed cornerback Charvarius Ward and quarterback Daniel Jones, and also signed kicker Spencer Shrader, who spent time on the Colts' practice squad in 2024.
- Linebacker Grant Stuard signed with the Detroit Lions.
- Defensive end Dayo Odeyingbo signed with the Chicago Bears.
