Fans can participate in the 50/50 raffle at Lucas Oil Stadium during each home game. Tickets are sold by Colts can be purchased from 50/50 Raffle Sellers before kickoff in American Family Insurance Touchdown Town. Tickets are also available from 50/50 Raffle Sellers in Lucas Oil Stadium, at ten kiosks throughout the venue, or at 5050.colts.com.

The winning ticket number is announced during the fourth quarter via the Lucas Oil Stadium PA System and is listed on colts.com/5050. Winners do not need to be present to claim their prize. All participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Debit and credit card sales are accepted.

A

Accessible Seating

Lucas Oil Stadium provides accessible seating throughout the venue, subject to availability. For detailed ticket availability, fans may call the Colts Ticket Office at (317) 297-7000. On gameday, call (317) 262-3389.

The stadium is fully accessible with ramps, elevators and escalators connecting all levels. Accommodations include family restrooms, accessible ticket and concession counters, designated first-come, first-served parking, assistive listening devices and wheelchairs.

Lucas Oil Stadium is also a sensory-inclusive venue, designed to support fans with autism, dementia, PTSD, and similar conditions. Sensory bags are available to those needing assistance with overstimulation and noise. More information can be found on the stadium's Accessibility page.

Alcohol Policy

Fans 21 and older are encouraged to enjoy alcoholic beverages responsibly. Fans must present valid government-issued photo identification to purchase alcohol and may only purchase a maximum of two alcoholic beverages per concession visit. State law prohibits carrying alcohol into or out of ticketing checkpoints, and alcohol sales conclude no later than the end of the third quarter, expect in Club Lounges, the Quarterback Suite, and private suites.

Alcohol sales may be limited or discontinued at the discretion of stadium management. Fans showing visible signs of intoxication will not be allowed entry, and disorderly behavior may result in ejection without refund.

Violating the alcohol policy may result in ejection, arrest and/or loss of ticket privileges.

Animals

Lucas Oil Stadium welcomes fans with disabilities and their assistive animals. While not required, fans with assistive animals are encouraged to contact Lucas Oil Stadium at (317) 262-8600 in advance to ensure appropriate accommodations.

Anvil Striker

Before each home game, a special guest or Colts alumni participates in the Anvil Striker tradition by striking a ceremonial anvil in Lucas Oil Plaza. This pregame ritual energizes fans and symbolizes the team's commitment to hard work and determination.

App Assistance

The Colts mobile app provides fans with team and stadium information, including mobile ticketing and exclusive content. For assistance, fans can find Mobile Ticket Resolution Team Members outside the stadium or visit Guest Services on the Main or Upper concourses. A mobile ticket resolution window is located outside of the stadium on the NE Corner near the Colts Pro Shop entrance.

Assistive Listening Devices (ALD)

Assistive Listening Devices are available during all major events. Fans can visit any Guest Services kiosks for assistance.

Autographs

Lucas Oil Stadium does not have designated player autograph locations and cannot process player autograph requests. The Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders are available for photos and autographs before every home game in American Family Insurance Touchdown Town, Lucas Oil Plaza, and the Huntington West Gate. Additionally, Colts Alumni may also be signing autographs during these events.

Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)

Huntington Bank provides three accessible ATMs on Street Level: North Concourse (west end of Lucas Oil Plaza), South Concourse (across from Section 132), and West Concourse (across from 143). Cash-to-Card machines are also available at Sections 105 and 129.

Away Game Tickets

The Colts receive a very limited number of tickets for away games, used primarily by Colts personnel. Away game tickets are not sold through the Colts; fans should contact the host team's ticket office or visit the NFL Ticket Exchange online atnfl.com/ticketexchange. Prices on the Ticket Exchange may exceed face value.

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are available in all public restrooms throughout Lucas Oil Stadium.

Bags containing medical devices or related supplies, including breast pumps, are exempt from the clear bag policy but will be screened at security.

All other bags, including diaper bags, must comply with the clear bag policy, with diapers carried in approved clear bags.

Breast milk and required medications are allowed in clear containers.

Bag Searches

All fans and their belongings are subject to inspection before entering the stadium. Permissible bags will be thoroughly inspected by a Security Representative, and fans may be asked to open or shift items. Bags not allowed into the stadium must be taken back to a vehicle or hotel, as storage is unavailable.

Balloons

Balloons are prohibited in Lucas Oil Stadium.

Banners

Fans are welcome to display banners, provided they are not offensive, obstruct signage, or block other fans' views. Poles or sticks cannot be used to support banners, and banners may not be affixed to Lucas Oil Stadium. Fans can create signs at the Toyota Corner.

Beach Balls and Other Inflatable Items

Beach balls and inflatable items are prohibited in Lucas Oil Stadium.

Bicycles/Bike Racks

Fans are encouraged to bike to the stadium. Limited bicycle racks are available on a first-come, first-served basis outside the Colts Pro Shop on Capitol Avenue (NE side) on South Street near Gate #5 (NW side). Bicycles should not be secured to fences or other structures on stadium grounds.

Binoculars

Binoculars are permitted, but cases must comply with the bag policy.

Birthday Buttons

Fans celebrating a birthday at a Colts home game can visit Guest Services kiosk for birthday buttons, available for all ages.

Blue's Club, presented by Prairie Farms

Blue's Club is the official fan club for young Colts fans aged 4–17, hosted by the team's mascot, Blue. Members receive year-round perks, including a membership kit, exclusive events, contests to win tickets to Colts home games, and discounts to the Colts Pro Shop. Learn more.

Bottles and Cans

Bottles and cans are prohibited from being brought into the stadium.

Bud Light Responsible Fan

Fans 21 and older can participate in the Bud Light Responsible Fan program, pledging to enjoy alcohol responsibly and plan a safe ride home. Fans may win tickets to a home game, including pregame sideline passes. More information is available at Bud Light Responsible Fan kiosks at Sections 144 and 506.

Bud Light Tailgate Tent

Fans can visit the Bud Light Tailgate Tent in American Family Insurance Touchdown Town, featuring drink specials, appearances by Horseshoe Legends, the Colts Cheerleaders, and more. Open three hours prior to kickoff, the tent closes 30 minutes before kickoff and offers

$3 16 oz. Aluminum Bud Light Bottles.

Cameras

Still cameras are permitted inside Lucas Oil Stadium, but lenses must not exceed six inches in length. Video cameras are prohibited due to NFL policy. Camera cases must comply with the bag policy or will not be allowed into the stadium.

Cashless Payment

All Colts games operate cashless. Concessions and the Colts Pro Shop accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Reverse ATM machines are available for fans to convert cash to pre-paid debit cards, located outside Sections 116 and 543.

Charging Stations

Limited charging stations are located throughout the stadium, allowing fans to recharge mobile devices during the game.

Cheerleaders

The Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders are comprised of 26 members. More information can be found by visiting Colts.com/cheerleadersor by calling (317) 808-5341.

Lucas Oil Stadium is committed to providing a safe, friendly, and clean entertainment experience. Fans violating the Guest Code of Conduct may be ejected, with ejections documented and potential bans from future Lucas Oil Stadium events.

Concessions

The Colts and Sodexo Live! partner with local and national brands to offer a wide variety of food and beverage options for fans. There are 59 permanent concession stands and 90 portable locations with more than 500 points of sale. Concessions open at the same time as the gates. Nonprofit groups may contact Sodexo Live! at (317) 262-3500 to raise funds by staffing concession stands during Lucas Oil Stadium events.

Coolers and Hard-Sides Containers

Coolers and hard-sided containers are prohibited in Lucas Oil Stadium.

Lucas Oil Stadium ticket offices, concession stands, and retail stores accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Diaper Bags

Diaper bags must adhere to the Clear Bag Policy. Diapers can be carried in approved clear bags. Fans carrying

medical devices or breast pumps are exempt from the clear bag policy, but are subject to screening.

Breast milk and required medications are permitted in clear containers.

The Colts fulfill thousands of requests received each year from nonprofit organizations and fundraisers in the form of donated merchandise, financial contributions and ticket donations. Fans seeking a donation may submit their request here through the official Colts website.

Drones

The operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft is strictly prohibited without written permission from stadium management. Violators may face civil and criminal penalties.

Drumline

The Herd is the official drumline of the Indianapolis Colts, performing live entertainment each gameday in American Family Insurance Touchdown Town and throughout the stadium.

Elevators are located in each quadrant of Lucas Oil Stadium and operate from when gates open until one hour after the game ends.

Entrances

Lucas Oil Stadium has four main entrances:

  • Lucas Oil Gate (North),
  • Huntington Bank Gate (West),
  • Caesars Gate (South) and
  • Verizon Gate (East).

Escalators

Escalators are available in the North and South Plaza areas and stop at all public levels, including Street Level (100-200), Loge Level (300-400) and Terrace Level (500-600).

Field Trespassing

Fans attempting to enter the field or throw objects onto it before, during or after a game may face criminal prosecution and/or fines.

First Aid

There are four satellite First Aid Stations: Street Level across from Section 118, Loge Level near Section 323 and Terrace Level near Sections 515 and 544. Fans needing immediate assistance should find the nearest security personnel or usher. The First Aid Office is located on Street Level across from Section 145.

First Game Buttons

Fans attending their first Indianapolis Colts game may visit Guest Services kiosks at Sections 121, 330, 519 or 545 to receive commemorative buttons.

Food Allergens & Dietary Info

Fans at Lucas Oil Stadium can enjoy a variety of food options to accommodate dietary needs. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot fully guarantee it at stands where peanuts are sold alongside other items. Fans are encouraged to check signage at each concession location for the most up-to-date allergen information and speak with stadium staff if they have specific dietary concerns. Complimentary gameday playbooks are available at stadium entry. Any issues can be reported to Guest Services.

Gates and Entry Points

Gates open two hours before kickoff. All gates are accessible for fans with disabilities and wheelchairs.

Fans may be dropped off or picked up at the southwest corner pull-through off Missouri Street or on the northeast side of the stadium on Capitol Avenue by the Colts Pro Shop. Refer to the Parking mapfor additional details.

Guest Services, presented by Centier Bank

Lucas Oil Stadium Guest Services staff are available at windows on Street Level near Section 121, Loge Level near Section 330 and Terrace Level near Sections 519 and 545. The staff can answer questions about the facility, tickets, and upcoming events.

Hand Sanitization Stations, provided by Ascension St. Vincent

Hand sanitizer is available near concessions, walkways, restrooms, Guest Services, suites, and elevator lobbies.

Headsets & Hearing Devices

Fans may bring radio headsets for play-by-play commentary, as long as size rules are followed.

Children 24 months or younger do not need a ticket, but must sit on a guardian's lap.

Lost and Found

Lost items can be turned in to Guest Services or claimed at the kiosk at Section 121, open until 30 minutes after the game. Items are then delivered to the Security Office and must be claimed within two weeks. Contact the Security Office by calling (317) 262-4000.

Lost Parents…Found Children Program

Fans may register children for wristbands at Guest Services. If separated, contact the nearest usher, security or Guest Services personnel.

Lucas Oil Stadium Plaza Stage

Fans are invited to enjoy gameday music at the North Plaza Stage starting when gates open. Music ends 30 minutes before kickoff.

Noise Levels

Fans should be aware that in-game moments can be very loud. Hearing protection is recommended for young children.

Nursing Mothers

Lucas Oil Stadium provides Mamava suites for nursing mothers. These self-contained pods include comfortable seating, a fold-down tables, lighting, electrical outlets for breast pumps, USB ports and lockable doors for privacy. Each pod is intended for individual use, but can accommodate more than one person with children.

Locations include:

  • Street Level, southwest corner near Section 132
  • Street Level, northeast corner near Sections 108-110
  • Terrace Level, southeast corner near Sections 518/619

Additionally, the Mother's Room on the Loge Level near Sections 307/407 is available for breastfeeding or pumping.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Fans attempting to bring items inside will be asked to dispose of them.

Downtown Indianapolis offers roughly 70,000 parking spaces. Due to limited availability near Lucas Oil Stadium, fans should allow sufficient travel time on gamedays. City maps are available at IndyDT.com.

Photography

Still cameras are permitted, but lenses cannot exceed six inches. Video cameras are prohibited. Camera cases must comply with the Clear Bag Policy.

Playoffs (Pay-As-We-Play)

Season Ticket Members may opt in to secure postseason seat(s) without upfront payment. Cards are only charged for games played. Additional playoff ticket opportunities are available each season.

Public Safety

The Indianapolis Colts and the City of Indianapolis prioritize fan safety at home games. Fans are encouraged to review the FAN CODE OF CONDUCT and watch the Lucas Oil Stadium evacuation video to familiarize themselves with safety procedures.

Radios

Hand-held radios for personal use are allowed if smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" and not distracting. Headphones are recommended.

Recycling

Recycling bins for plastic, glass, and aluminum are located throughout the stadium, including Club lounges and suites. With fans participation, Lucas Oil Stadium recycles nearly 22% of all waste to conserve natural resources, save energy and be good environmental stewards.

Re-entry Policy

No re-entry is allowed. Fans may not exit and re-enter the stadium during a game.

Ride Share

All ride-share pick-ups or drop-offs occur at northbound Illinois Street. Fans must exit the stadium and walk to Illinois Street postgame to request a ride. Requests are not allowed within the geofenced stadium area.

Restrooms

Public restrooms (men, women, and family) are located throughout Lucas Oil Stadium.

RoboBlue

RoboBlue is the Colts chatbot assistance service, providing fans with information and support during games. Fans can access RoboBlue through the Colts' official website or mobile app for real-time assistance.

Roof

  • Lucas Oil Stadium features a retractable roof with a
  • unique two-panel design supported by five rails.
  • Each panel weighs 2.5 million pounds, and the opening measures
  • 176,400 square feet.
  • Opening and closing takes approximately 9-11 minutes. Roof updates are now shared exclusively on @ColtsLife and at the stadium.

Sensory Room

A fully outfitted sensory room is located in the southwest corner on Street Level of Lucas Oil Stadium. This space is designed to serve fans with sensory processing needs, providing a personalized and calming experience. Fans can also check out Sensory Inclusion Kits from any Guest Services kiosk, which typically include noise-canceling headphones, fidget toys, and other sensory tools.

Smoking Policy

Smoking, e-cigarettes and chew-less tobacco are prohibited inside. Fans may smoke outside each gate, at least 10 feet from doors, per City County General Ordinance No. 44 Sec. 616-201.

Strollers

Strollers are permitted may be checked at any Guest Services. Strollers may not block aisles or obstruct views.

Tailgating

Tailgating is allowed in parking lots surrounding the stadium. Fans should not block spaces or reserve spots for late arrivals. Lots open five hours before kickoff. R/V and vehicle reservations are available via Denison Parking at (317) 916-1760 or mskaggs@denisonparking.com.

Taxi Service (Post-Game)

Taxis are available near large downtown hotels and designated areas. A postgame "taxi lane" is created on the west side of Illinois Street, south of South Street.
