How far in advance should I reserve the space?

Gridiron Hall is a popular, in-demand space, so the earlier you can schedule, the better!

Can I tour Gridiron Hall?

Yes. We would be happy to schedule a tour and answer any questions you may have. Please click here to book your tour.

May I use my own caterer?

All food and beverage must be provided by the Colts' approved caterer. Please click here for a list of catering options.

May I provide my own alcohol?

No. Alcohol may only be provided by the Colts' approved caterers.

Are tables and chairs provided?

Yes, the following tables and chairs are included in the rental fee:

  • 45 - 66' round tables
  • 10 - 30" cocktail tables
  • 8 - 8' wood rectangular tables (buffets/beverages only)
  • 8 - 6' plastic rectangular tables
  • 400 - banquet chairs
Who provides linens, china, glassware, and flatware?

Our approved caterers provide linens, napkins, china, glassware, and flatware.

Do you have in-house audio-visual capabilities?

Yes. Gridiron Hall has a stage, projector, screen, podium, and up to four wireless microphones. Any items not listed will have to be rented through our exclusive audio-visual vendor.

Is there onsite parking?

There are 180 open parking spaces in the Gridiron Hall parking lot during the NFL season. Additional parking spaces may be made available on weeknights, weekends, after team Mini-Camp, and during Colts Training Camp with approval. Please encourage guests to carpool.

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

Yes. Our preferred vendor list will be available to you after Gridiron Hall is reserved.

Can Colts Cheer or “Blue” make an appearance?

Yes, based on availability. Cheer and "Blue" appearances may cost an additional fee. Please inquire with Gridiron Hall management when booking the event.

May I tour the team locker room, weight room, etc.?

No, tours of the Indiana Farm Bureau Football Center are not permitted.

May I access the indoor field during my event and what types of activities are allowed on the field?

Access to the indoor field is subject to availability. Please inquire with Gridiron Hall management when booking the event.

Is insurance required for my event?

Yes, the user and all vendors must provide a certificate of liability insurance adding the "Indianapolis Colts" as an additional insured party. Specifics are outlined in the facility use agreement.
