How do I confirm that I am registered?

What is the course time limit?

There is an 18:00 minute mile set for the last starting group.

Is there a minimum age for the 5K run?

Children must be at least 7 years old to participate in the 5K. For younger participants, parents are encouraged to run with their child.

What is the distance for Blue’s Fun Run?

About 1 kilometer (0.62 miles).

What is the age limit for Blue’s Fun Run?

Children must be 4-12 years old to participate in the Kids Fun Run. Children aged seven and under must also participate in our Kid Check program.

Kid Check Program: MANDATORY for any child seven years old or younger.

This program is used during Blue's Fun Run. Two matching wristbands will be placed on each child's race bib. Please place one wristband on the child's wrist and the other wristband will be worn by the parent or guardian. Both parent and child must present the wristbands in order to exit the finish line chute area together. Parents not running with child will only be able to enter the field with only a wristband and meet their child near the finish line at the Kids Check area.

Can parents participate in Blue’s Fun Run with their child?

Yes, parents are more than welcome to participate in Blue's Fun Run with their child! Parents will not need to register themselves if they are running the Blue's Fun Run with their child, just wear the wristband provided with their child's bib.

Can I run in the 5K with a jogging stroller?

Yes, we do allow strollers on the 5K course. For the safety of those on the course, we ask that you start at the back of the pack, not with your estimated pace group.

Is a game ticket included with a Colts 5K or Blue’s Fun Run registration?

Yes, a preseason game ticket for the August 17 game versus the Arizona Cardinals is included in each registration (excluding specific registration codes). All game tickets will be distributed as mobile tickets. Registrants will receive a link to their tickets within 21 days of race registration. **Click here for more information and how to download your mobile ticket.**

Tickets will be seated based on registrations. To ensure your tickets are seated next to other participants, please register together. There will be an option on race day to exchange your tickets to be seated closer to other race registrants, but this is based on availability and not guaranteed.

All tickets are Terrace Level seats. If you are interested in purchasing additional tickets, please note in the appropriate field on your registration.

How does packet mailing work?

All race registrations completed prior to July 15 will include packet mailing. This will include your race t-shirt and race bib. All packets will be mailed out by July 30 and should arrive within 5-10 days prior to the Colts 5K event date.

All participants who register on or after July 16 will need to plan to pick up their packet at packet pick up prior to Race Day.

How long does it take for may packet to arrive?

Packets are shipped out in bulk batches at the United States Postal Service. It could take 2 days or up to 10 days to arrive in your mailbox. This means you may receive one packet and none of the other ones on the same day. If it has still not arrived by August 11, please go to registration page for event questions to "contact the organizer". Click on "Questions" button under Race Contact Info.

Can I exchange shirt size?

Yes, please stop by the registration tent on race morning after 8 a.m. Any sizes available can be exchanged on first come first served basis and are not guaranteed.

Will there be a bag check?

There will be bag check available in Lot B, on the north side on Lucas Oil Stadium, just across from the Start Line (South Street).

Can I bring a bag into the stadium?

All bags are subject to search. Please refer to the NFL Clear Bag Policy.

What about inclement weather?

Race officials may, in their sole discretion, cancel, delay, or change the event in the case of extreme conditions that may affect the safety and health of participants. In case of delay or cancellation, immediate notification will be made through Indianapolis Colts Facebook, Twitter, and website. In addition, all participants will be notified via email. Should the event be canceled due to extreme weather or other conditions beyond the Colts' control, there will be no registration refunds or transfers.

If inclement weather (lightning, high winds, etc.) is forecast for race day, the Colts will post an update of the race status on Colts.com/5k by 5 p.m. ET, the day prior to the event and notify all registrants via email. A second update will be posted by 6 a.m. ET, on race day. If the race is postponed on race day due to weather, the latest possible start time will be 9:00 a.m. (30-minute delay). If the race is delayed more than 30 minutes, participants will be permitted to walk the concourse and tunnel inside Lucas Oil Stadium to still "Finish on the 50-Yard Line" and receive their medals.

What if the event is canceled?

If the event is canceled, the Colts may host a Virtual 5K open to all registered participants. In such case, Finisher medals will be sent to all registered participants who participate in the Virtual 5K. All registered participants will still receive their race packets that will include t-shirt, medal and race bib. Details for the Virtual 5K will be announced via email in the event that the 2024 Colts 5K is canceled. Please note that if the Colts 5K is canceled, the Colts may postpone shipment of t-shirts, bibs, and medals to consolidate shipments.
