As a member of the Colts Fan Club Network, your club will be officially recognized, allowing you to enhance your fan experience and engage with others who share your enthusiasm. To become part of the Network, ensure your club meets the following guidelines and complete the registration form below.

• All members of your Club must be dedicated fans of Colts Nation.
• Your Club must have at least 10 members to qualify as an official Colts Fan Club.
• You must appoint a president to serve as the primary contact for the Colts Fan Club Network.
• Your Club must hold regular meetings throughout the season.
• You need to have the capability to communicate with your members during the season.
• Most Colts Fan Clubs operate on a not-for-profit basis. Any funds raised should be used to support social events and cover general operating expenses.
• You are encouraged to create a unique logo and name to represent your Fan Club.
• Independent Fan Club websites and social media accounts are allowed, though they will not be officially affiliated with the Indianapolis Colts organization.
• Your Fan Club should gather to watch Colts games at your designated meeting location.
